Service & Support Engineer – MedTech
Plug & Play Pipetting for Laboratories -O’Sullivan Consulting is recruiting on behalf of Flow Robotics.

If you can answer “Yes”, then you may be are our first Service & Support Engineer!Our key product is flowbot™ ONE, a user-friendly liquid handling robot. Automating laborious laboratory tasks frees up time to do great science.
At Flow Robotics we develop and produce automated liquid handling robots and they are already making an impact across Europe.
Together with other key persons, you will provide a service & support strategy for 1st Level, 2nd Level, and 3rd Level Support.
Build a uniform structure for the service & support activities including support levels, processes, documentation, service contracts, etc. primarily for our expanding base of distribution partners.
Engage with distributors worldwide to train them in servicing flowbot ONE, so that they can provide service & support to customers and end-users. This includes establishing and being responsible for the distributor training program as well as coordinating service activities with distributors.
Ensure proper registration of customer Issues, SW-versions and service status.
Collaborate with R&D to make proper release tests and review specifications (URS)
Be a super-user of the robot so that you understand what can go wrong and how to correct it efficiently, hereby providing field or online level 2 support when requested by distribution partners.
REPORTING LINES & COLLEAGUES
The Service & Support Engineer is incorporated in the commercial team reporting to the CCO, Morten Sunesen.
Internally, there will be close connections to the Channel Sales manager, the Customer Relations Lead both from the commercial team – as well as to sales managers in need of technical support.
There will be also close collaboration with the Development team as well as stakeholders from both software and hardware teams.
LOOKING FOR A TECHNICAL & SERVICE-MINDED WIZARD THAT IS:
Educated as a technician, engineer or equivalent (Dansk: Elektroniktekniker, Diplom-ingeniør eller lign)
A Strong people’s & communication person that enjoys collaborating with distributors and customers worldwide.
Hands on – and has strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skill.
A computer & IT network person comfortable working with many different IT platforms – such as Teams viewer, Teams and various CRM and reporting systems.
Proficient as a minimum in English
A happy host. You enjoy having many activities at the same time and being the friendly host of distributors and customers all over the world.
Travel days: around 30 days per year (non-Corona times)
