Automating competitive ELISA for human cortisol detection on the flowbot® ONE

This study demonstrates how automating ELISA for cortisol detection using the flowbot® ONE offers substantial workflow efficiency and data quality improvements, particularly in studies involving multiple participants, such as our cohort of 12 volunteers.

The work was performed using a flowbot ONE configured with a 4-channel 10-1000 uL pipette module and a 1-channel 10-1000 uL pipette module.

Furthermore, the flowbot ONE deck included a BioShake3000 automatic shaker module to efficiently incubate the samples while shaking.
