Automating dilution and normalization on the flowbot® ONE
This experiment illustrates how the flowbot® ONE succeeded in performing accurate dilution and normalization protocols with its template programs.
Two programs were created on the flowbot ONE to dilute samples from a stock solution and subsequently normalize them, aiming to demonstrate the system’s accuracy and efficiency.
